Care for Cleveleys Shop and Community Hub Opening

Afternoon All,

Whilst out on foot patrol this morning in Cleveleys, PC Nutter, PC WARD and PCSO Fisher from the Wyre Neighbourhood Policing Team were in attendance for the grand opening of the CARE FOR CLEVELEYS SHOP AND COMMUNITY HUB on Princess Road, Thornton-Cleveleys FY5 1BS.

Volunteers have worked tirelessly to transform a tired and neglected building into a warm and friendly community space where everyone is welcome!

The fantastic Capricorn Singers Ladies Choir treated everyone in attendance to a wonderful performance prior to the Cleveleys Ogre officially opening the shop and community hub.

It’s fantastic to see a project being delivered entirely by volunteers to benefit the community and provide a place to generate further investment for the town.
